Step 1

Download

 

Download the NissanConnect Services app to your smartphone like you would for any other app from your App Store or Google Play Store.

Step 2

Sign-in or register

 

Create a NissanConnect Services account in the app, or sign in if you already have one.

 

Step 3

Enter your vehicle identification number (VIN) in the app

 

You will find your 17-digit VIN on your Vehicle Registration Certificate, or from the outside of your car by looking on the corner of the dashboard that meets the windscreen on the passenger's side of your vehicle. For All-New X-Trail you can find it in the sill of the driver’s door frame.

 

Step 4

Get the pairing code from your in-car screen

 

For ARIYA, Qashqai (production from June 2022) & All-New X-Trail Turn on your infotainment system and from the homepage, select: All Apps widget > NissanConnect Services > Information Channels > Account Information > Car Pairing Code. If the ‘Account information’ folder does not appear go to ‘Edit Channel List’ and choose ‘Yes.’ Then navigate back to the "Account information" page.

For Juke, LEAF, Qashqai (production before June 2022) & Navara : Turn on your infotainment system and from the homepage, select: Info > NissanConnect Services > Information Channels > Account Information > Car Pairing Code. If the ‘Account information’ folder does not appear go to ‘Edit Channel List’ and choose ‘Yes.’ Then navigate back to the "Account information" page.

 

Step 5

Enter your pairing code to the app

 

Return to the app and enter the pairing code. It will confirm that your services are being activated. As soon as it’s done, you’re good to go. Happy connected driving!

The feature responsiveness and use can be impacted when car is receiving a bad signal. For optimal use, please make sure your car is under good network coverage.

To use NissanConnect services you need a smartphone with compatible iOS or Android operating system and a SIM card with data option from a mobile service provider. Download the free NissanConnect Services app and create a username and password. Connect your smartphone with your vehicle equipped with NissanConnect Services by logging in using your username and password. All services are subject to mobile network coverage. The use of “In-Car WiFI” is made possible via an integrated wireless internet connection. Data packets are obtained via our roaming partner and in accordance with their terms and conditions. “In-Car WiFi” is available for an additional charge on subscription within the NissanConnect Services app. For further information, please contact your local Nissan dealer
